Partner Portal FAQ


Registration

To be registered for the Park.Aero Partner Portal you will need your contact information, your tax identification number, as well as your bank details.

If you are based in Germany, a registration without a tax identification number is only possible for small businesses according to German tax law. In that case, fill in the blank with “DE-Kleinunternehmer”. If you are based in another country and you don´t have a tax identification number, please enter “NV”.

After you’ve been registered, we will check within 72 hours if you meet all the necessary criteria for a cooperation. After successful verification you will receive a contract per email.

After sending the signed contract to info@park.aero, you will get an email to activate your account. You can now access your account and change your password.

Account

In order to change any of your contact or master information, please contact us at info@park.aero.

In your administrator account you can create individual agents so that every employee can get their own account.

Follow these steps: Administration -> Agents -> New. After you put in the information and assign the agent to a group, click Save & close. Your agent will then receive an email to set a password. In the agent overview you can manage all the account at any time.

By assigning your agents to groups you can manage their access rights.

If an agent is assigned to the group B2B Agent, the agent has the rights to manage and enter bookings. The group B2B Admin is able to see master data and create new accounts.

If you want to assign a new administrator, assign the agent to both groups.

Payment

When paying a booking with direct collection (credit card), you can usually use the payment methods of the selected airport. As an alternative, most of the airports offer agency collection (SEPA direct debit).

Please first check whether the credit card used is activated for 3D Secure V2 in accordance with the PSD2 directive. The activation is a necessary prerequisite for payment via our system. If this is not the case, please contact your bank.

Alternatively, other payment options such as our SEPA agency collection may be available to you for selected airports. Please use these if possible if you have problems paying by credit card.

In your administration account follow these steps to set up SEPA agency collection: Administration -> Partner -> Set up SEPA agency collection. After setting it up, you can choose direct or agency collection for every booking from now on, as long as the selected airport allows agency collection as a payment method.

The payment method is available for all airports except Cologne/Bonn (CGN) and Stuttgart (STR).

The bank account/ credit card will immediately be charged with the amount.

The airport´s booking confirmation includes the receipt for the booking. The commission statement will follow separately.

Booking confirmation

If no booking confirmation has been sent to the e-mail address you provided when booking, please check your spam folder first.

Otherwise, please use our portal to resend the booking confirmation (see next section of the FAQs) or contact the customer service of the respective airport: https://park.aero/en/kontakt/.

For some of our connected airports, you have the option of triggering the resending of a booking confirmation via the Partner Portal. To do this, please open the booking in the portal and use the corresponding button in the header of the booking view.

Please contact the customer service of the respective airport directly (https://park.aero/en/kontakt/) if resending via the portal is not possible or has not led to the desired result.

Manage booking

A rebooking in relation to the booked parking period is not possible. In this case, please cancel and re-book.

We recommend checking any cancellation fees and the new cost of the parking space before cancelling. In some cases it is more cost effective to stay longer than booked and make an additional payment after arrival and before leaving the car park. This is done at the pay machine and is based on the airport’s rates.

There are two possibilities to cancel a booking:

a) You can cancel the booking on the Partner Portal. Follow these steps: Bookings -> Bookings Overview -> Cancellation.

b) After successfully booking the parking space, your costumer will receive an email with the booking confirmation and a direct link to cancel the booking on the website.

The terms and conditions for cancellation depend on the selected airport. Please visit https://park.aero/en/cancellation/ for the terms and conditions and possible cancellation fees.

You will receive the refund within 14 working days with the payment method that was used for the booking.

Commission

You will receive the commissions statement at the beginning of each month. It includes all transactions with booked entry within the previous month, as long as the booking wasn’t cancelled.

Yes, you will receive a proper credit note as a PDF-document with each commissions statement.

Yes, you will receive an overview report as a PDF-document and a detailed report as a XLSX-document. The detailed report includes costumer information given for the booking to allow you internal allocation.

No, when paying with agency collection, your bank account will be charged with the full amount of the booking price. You will receive your commission separately.

General Questions

Please contact us if you are interested. We can provide an individual agency link for you to include into your website or send to costumers. Bookings through such a link will appear in your booking overview after 24 hours and will be included in your commissions statement.

If the administrator forgot their password, please click Forgot password? on the login page. If an agent forgot their password, he can use the same function or the administrator could reset the password with the following steps alternatively: Administration -> Agents -> Actions -> send new password. The agent will receive an email with their new password.

Please contact info@park.aero if you want to delete your account.

Follow these steps: Click on your name in the corner -> Mein Konto/My account -> choose English or German as a language -> Save & close.

Travel agent offers

As a travel agency employee, we offer you special parking deals for your personal travel – be it business or private – in cooperation with some of our connected airports.

We currently have travel agent offers in cooperation with the airports Bremen (BRE), Frankfurt (FRA), Hannover (HAJ), Salzburg (SZG) and Vienna (VIE) available on Park.Aero.

The offers are only available to travel agency employees for their own trips. Use is permitted for private and business trips that are taken by the agency itself. Passing on booked travel agency offers is prohibited and may result in the exclusion of your travel agency from our platform.

Offers and discounts vary by airport and season. You can find more information under the tab “Parking for travel agents” in our Partner Portal.

In principle, the use of expedited offers is not limited in its number, but should be “proportionate”. Under no circumstances should the number of booked travel agent offers permanently exceed 25% of the number of bookings made for end customers.

No, there is no commission. Travel agent offers will not be taken into account.

Yes, travel agent bookings are not shown in the booking overview of the Partner Portal.
