Registration<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_tta_accordion active_section=”500″][vc_tta_section title=”What information do I need for the registration?” tab_id=”1608043625069-465d976d-3292″][vc_column_text]To be registered for the Park.Aero Partner Portal you will need your contact information, your tax identification number, as well as your bank details. [\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”I don\u2019t have a tax identification number. How can I be registered?” tab_id=”1608043625085-af819bf4-1587″][vc_column_text]If you are based in Germany, a registration without a tax identification number is only possible for small businesses according to German tax law. In that case, fill in the blank with “DE-Kleinunternehmer”. If you are based in another country and you don\u00b4t have a tax identification number, please enter “NV”.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”How does the registration process work?” tab_id=”1608044318725-9b483563-2c0f”][vc_column_text]After you\u2019ve been registered, we will check within 72 hours if you meet all the necessary criteria for a cooperation. After successful verification you will receive a contract per email.<\/p>\n

After sending the signed contract to info@park.aero<\/a>, you will get an email to activate your account. You can now access your account and change your password. [\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][\/vc_tta_accordion][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n

Account<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_tta_accordion active_section=”500″][vc_tta_section title=”Where can I edit my agency information?” tab_id=”1608044709269-402c8874-8926″][vc_column_text]In order to change any of your contact or master information, please contact us at info@park.aero<\/a>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Can I create individual accounts for my employees?” tab_id=”1608044709291-4a86e33d-8873″][vc_column_text]In your administrator account you can create individual agents so that every employee can get their own account.<\/p>\n

Follow these steps: Administration -> Agents -> New<\/b>. After you put in the information and assign the agent to a group, click Save & close<\/b>. Your agent will then receive an email to set a password. In the agent overview you can manage all the account at any time. [\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”What groups do I have to assign my employees to?” tab_id=”1608044709310-8dfda322-2054″][vc_column_text]By assigning your agents to groups you can manage their access rights.<\/p>\n

If an agent is assigned to the group B2B Agent<\/b>, the agent has the rights to manage and enter bookings. The group B2B Admin<\/b> is able to see master data and create new accounts.<\/p>\n

If you want to assign a new administrator, assign the agent to both groups.

Payment<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_tta_accordion active_section=”500″][vc_tta_section title=”What payment methods are there?” tab_id=”1608045392444-08911b48-9651″][vc_column_text]When paying a booking with direct collection (credit card), you can usually use the payment methods of the selected airport. As an alternative, most of the airports offer agency collection (SEPA direct debit). [\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”The payment by credit card does not work. What can I do?” tab_id=”1608045392471-218a8871-46d9″][vc_column_text]Please first check whether the credit card used is activated for 3D Secure V2 in accordance with the PSD2 directive. The activation is a necessary prerequisite for payment via our system. If this is not the case, please contact your bank.<\/p>\n

Alternatively, other payment options such as our SEPA agency collection may be available to you for selected airports. Please use these if possible if you have problems paying by credit card.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”How do I use agency collection as a payment method?” tab_id=”1645441642147-da4b03f0-e68e”][vc_column_text]In your administration account follow these steps to set up SEPA agency collection: Administration -> Partner -> Set up SEPA agency collection<\/b>. After setting it up, you can choose direct or agency collection for every booking from now on, as long as the selected airport allows agency collection as a payment method. [\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Which airports allow agency collection as a payment method?” tab_id=”1608045392495-f3a9e46e-fbab”][vc_column_text css=””]The payment method is available for all airports.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”How can I revoke my SEPA agency collection mandate?” tab_id=”1608045852678-684b117f-5b36″][vc_column_text]Please contact us at info@park.aero<\/a> to revoke it. [\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”When will the bank account \/ credit card be charged?” tab_id=”1608045970822-e88c1cd9-c149″][vc_column_text]The bank account\/ credit card will immediately be charged with the amount. Booking confirmation<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_tta_accordion active_section=”500″][vc_tta_section title=”I haven\u2019t received a booking confirmation. What should I do?” tab_id=”1608046170208-eaca767c-08de”][vc_column_text]If no booking confirmation has been sent to the e-mail address you provided when booking, please check your spam folder first.<\/p>\n

Otherwise, please use our portal to resend the booking confirmation (see next section of the FAQs) or contact the customer service of the respective airport: https:\/\/park.aero\/en\/kontakt\/<\/a>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”How can I re-send a booking confirmation?” tab_id=”1701956412163-5b16b008-6e39″][vc_column_text]For some of our connected airports, you have the option of triggering the resending of a booking confirmation via the Partner Portal. To do this, please open the booking in the portal and use the corresponding button in the header of the booking view.<\/p>\n

Please contact the customer service of the respective airport directly (https:\/\/park.aero\/en\/kontakt\/<\/a>) if resending via the portal is not possible or has not led to the desired result.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][\/vc_tta_accordion][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n

Manage booking<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_tta_accordion active_section=”500″][vc_tta_section title=”How can I change a booking?” tab_id=”1645442324072-79faf5ec-0dc2″][vc_column_text]A rebooking in relation to the booked parking period is not possible. In this case, please cancel and re-book.<\/p>\n

We recommend checking any cancellation fees and the new cost of the parking space before cancelling. In some cases it is more cost effective to stay longer than booked and make an additional payment after arrival and before leaving the car park. This is done at the pay machine and is based on the airport’s rates.
\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”How can I cancel a booking?” tab_id=”1608046703879-af31201c-4b09″][vc_column_text]There are two possibilities to cancel a booking:<\/p>\n

a) You can cancel the booking on the Partner Portal. Follow these steps: Bookings -> Bookings Overview -> Cancellation<\/b>.<\/p>\n

b) After successfully booking the parking space, your costumer will receive an email with the booking confirmation and a direct link to cancel the booking on the website.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Until when can I cancel my booking?” tab_id=”1608046815577-975f812c-0324″][vc_column_text]The terms and conditions for cancellation depend on the selected airport. Please visit https:\/\/park.aero\/en\/cancellation\/<\/a> for the terms and conditions and possible cancellation fees.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Are there cancellation fees?” tab_id=”1608046927361-6a6b9c05-064f”][vc_column_text]It is possible that there are cancellation fees, depending on the airport. Please visit https:\/\/park.aero\/en\/cancellation\/<\/a> for the terms and conditions and possible cancellation fees.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”When will I get a refund after cancellation?” tab_id=”1608047100938-944caf4a-a97f”][vc_column_text]You will receive the refund within 14 working days with the payment method that was used for the booking. Commission<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_tta_accordion active_section=”500″][vc_tta_section title=”When will I receive the commission?” tab_id=”1608046657487-c1537614-2195″][vc_column_text]You will receive the commissions statement at the beginning of each month. It includes all transactions with booked entry within the previous month, as long as the booking wasn\u2019t cancelled.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Will I receive the commissions statement as a credit note?” tab_id=”1608047267569-f5659bdf-66f0″][vc_column_text]Yes, you will receive a proper credit note as a PDF-document with each commissions statement.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Will I receive a reporting with the commissions statement?” tab_id=”1608047431942-39070bda-7cd1″][vc_column_text]Yes, you will receive an overview report as a PDF-document and a detailed report as a XLSX-document. The detailed report includes costumer information given for the booking to allow you internal allocation.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Will the commission be subtracted when I pay with agency collection?” tab_id=”1608047468447-36280051-51a5″][vc_column_text]No, when paying with agency collection, your bank account will be charged with the full amount of the booking price. All bookings made via the link appear immediately in your booking overview and are, of course, included in your commission statement.
